information to call list

How it works…

A person requesting help calls (630) 377-6610 and leaves their name and a telephone number. The answering service then delivers the caller’s name and number to a volunteer that is willing to talk with the person requesting help. The volunteer then calls the person requesting help. Recovery has started…

Additionally, the answering service provides pertinent information to aid in recovery. Additional information provided includes:

  • the District 61 website
  • local meeting information
  • surrounding district’s contact information
  • other 12 step program contact numbers

  • Volunteers are welcomed and appreciated.

Join The Team by adding your name to the list of volunteers performing call-backs.
If you are on the list but your contact information has changed, please Update Information here.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
